Todays modern Pontian has been divided and forced to move from nation to nation wondering who he really is. Muslim or Christian a Pontian is of Greek origin if he denies it or not. Pontos is held under heavy occupation by Turkish Forces while most of the Pontian people have been displaced because of the Genocide of WW1 against their people. Enotita Believes todays Pontian needs unity and a voice to save its culture from disappearing. It is with this one belief that we believe in the uniting of all Pontian Cultural Societies and Organizations in and outside of Pontos into a Government in Exile for the Pontian people. Once this is created the Government can apply for UNPO membership and slowly give them a voice in the world stage. The Next step after this would be this Enotitan Government in Exile joining forces with other Enotitan nationalities inside Turkey for creation of a Political Party to represent Enotitan Nationalities inside Turkey so that Turkish Nationalism does not fully complete its policy of Genocide.The next step will be to petition the Turkish Government to Recognize the Genocide of the Pontian people and Recognize Modern Pontians or 'Rum' of the region as part of the Greek minority inside Turkey.
